By the sound of it the only question I would have for Siri is: How do I turn you off and erase you completely from my device? Would, because I do not own anything Apple of course (other than Ipod nano 6), simply because I care about privacy. For smart phone for example Google Pixel with Graphene OS is the obvious choice, with Signal for calls, 100% de-googled, everything sandboxed with minimal permissions.
